Nicola qualified in 1996 and spent 17 years as a legal officer in the RAF Legal Branch, advising senior officers on a range of legal issues, including at Ministerial level; she has vast experience in advising upon Defence related matters and aviation, and continues to assist the MOD.
Having returned to private practice, Nicola now advises clients on a number of in-house matters (health and safety, GDPR, anti money laundering, employment law policies and procedures), with a particular focus on risk, compliance and regulatory work. She acts as the equivalent of an in-house legal adviser for SMEs and assists in drafting tailor made policies and procedures that are legally sustainable for their businesses. She can also come into your workplace to deliver training to your staff on the particular policy which you are seeking to implement.
