CAREERS AS A LAWYER
Our lawyers enjoy the diverse nature of the legal services that we provide. We work in partnership with our clients and ensure that when a client needs to talk to a solicitor then one is available to them. This approach means that, as a medium sized firm in the heart of Cirencester, our lawyers are able to develop relationships with a greater number of clients and businesses than might be possible elsewhere.

Finding solutions
I chose law because I was interested in legal issues; how people are represented and how to find solutions to simple or complex problems within a legal framework.
Specialising in Trusts & Estates means that I am involved in dealing with challenging issues, and solving them for the individual. I need to use my analytical skills and be able to apply reason and logic to legal problems.
There are a lot of areas that go with being involved in Trusts & Estates, such as wills, lifetime tax planning, trust creation and administration, variation and administration of estates, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and NHS Continuing Care advice
My Clients
I work with a broad spectrum of clients. Some of them are within and above the inheritance tax threshold, those in their second marriages, elderly clients, operating a business or about to retire from it, and farmers and owners of land and property.
There is a wealth of talent, skills and expertise under one roof; the clients are valued and the Partner and staff work together as a team.
