We advise on all commercial transactions, whether you are buying or selling assets or a company.
Example of our experience: Farmland Sale
We acted for trustees on the sale of farmland at auction. The title was unregistered and part of it was missing. The team advised that the title be registered at the Land Registry prior to the auction which involved preparing a statutory declaration in respect of the lost title deed. In addition the land had previously been let on a farm business tenancy and we therefore arranged for that tenancy to be surrendered prior to the auction so that the client could sell with vacant possession. The land was sold successfully at the auction.
