Sarah qualified in 2016. Sarah is an experienced member of the Family Team at Sewell Mullings Logie LLP.
She advises on a wide variety of issues including divorce, separation, financial settlements, arrangements for children and pre-nuptial agreements amongst other family related matters.
Sarah advises clients on financial settlements involving complex pension sharing arrangements, inherited assets, the sale of the matrimonial home and spousal maintenance payments. She provides bespoke advice tailored to each client’s needs.
When providing advice relating to a relationship breakdown and the associated consequential matters, Sarah favours the practical approach in order to acheive the best results for her clients. She tries to keep matters as amicable as possible in order to obtain a negotiated settlement outside the courtroom wherever possible.
