Sam has extensive expertise in all aspects of buying and selling residential property. She provides a personal service and has a reputation for being proactive. Sam combines attention to detail with a keen commercial approach.
She heads the Equine law team and specialises in complex and high value residential property transactions. Sam acts for a broad range of clients on all types of property from London flats to country houses. Much of her work comes from recommendations by satisfied clients and other professionals.
She qualified as a litigator in 2002 having trained at Taylor Vinters in Cambridge. She joined Sewell Mullings Logie in March 2003 after moving to Cirencester and was made a partner in December 2007.
Sam now enjoys schooling and competing dressage horses up to Advanced Medium level having been selected for the British Pony Eventing Team before attending university. She is also a keen runner and pianist.
