Rachel has a broad range of commercial and litigation experience and provides practical and cost effective advice to individuals and businesses.

Rachel advises on all aspects of commercial and employment law including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, employment contracts, staff policies and procedures. Rachel is particularly interested in negotiating settlement agreements for employers and employees.

She also handles business sales and purchases and advises Directors and Shareholders on company start-ups and Shareholder Agreements. Rachel is a litigator and so handles her business clients’ contract disputes and debt collection and also advises on partnership and shareholder disputes.

Rachel undertook her training contract with Sewell Mullings Logie and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. She became an Associate in 2008 and a Partner in 2011.

She loves to travel and took the opportunity after University to travel around the world. Her highlights were a five day trek up the Inca Trail to see Machu Picchu, scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef, sky diving on to Mission Beach and bungee jumping in New Zealand.
