Phil is a pragmatic and commercially astute Litigation Solicitor who joined Sewell Mullings Logie in April 2017 as an Associate in our Dispute Resolution & Employment department.
With an emphasis on keeping the client’s best interests front and centre he has an impressive record of successfully dealing with a range of civil disputes as well as issues arising from employment.
Phil advises on most aspects of civil litigation and employment law and has extensive experience in advising on high-value Settlement Agreements for senior executives of large national and multi-national companies.
Phil is also an expert on dealing with neighbour disputes to include concerns over boundaries, rights of way, easements and other aspects that from time to time are known to be sources of confusion or disagreement.
He enjoys travelling and sport and, more recently, the joys and challenges of raising a young family. He has travelled extensively and before training to become a Solicitor he spent nearly a year in South Africa where he coached sport in schools and townships and also passed the intermediate Field (Safari) Guide’s course.
He also has extensive knowledge and a passionate interest in Sports Law and looks forward to his children being old enough so that he can take them with him to watch Liverpool play at Anfield.
