Janet is a highly experienced property lawyer.
Janet specialises in all aspects of property work including commercial, residential and agricultural property, with a special interest in complex and high value transactions. She advises owner run businesses on their sales, purchases and leases of business premises and various landlord and tenant issues and advises on the purchase and sale of farms and other rural property.
Janet gained experience in commercial and high value property transactions at a niche commercial firm in Manchester. She qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and became an Associate in 1989. She moved to Gloucestershire in 1999 and practised with a long established firm in the Stroud valleys until 2007 when she joined Sewell Mullings Logie.
Outside the office Janet and her husband are active members of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society and they also enjoy walking in the Cotswolds.
